Due to the increase in demand for our Technical Support services, from 5th July 2010, all technical support request now operate on a ticket based system with requests being submited via our support page, or via email sent to support@pumpkin-media.co.uk.

All Technical Support requests will be dealt with in sequence by email by our team of experienced staff. Our response times for Technical Support are as follows :-
  • Email Sending / Receiving issues - 1 Hour
  • Changes to or adding new Email Accounts - 2 Hours
  • Spam / Spam Filtering - 2 Hours
  • Lost / Changes to Passwords - 1 Hour
  • Website / CMS Functionality - 2 Hours
For clients who still require a Telephone based Technical Support service we are offering a Premium Support Service for just £99 +VAT per year. Premium clients can expect their Technical Support issues to be resolved within minutes by our Support Staff using our remote Assistance Software. Premium clients benefit by having their Technical Support issues resolved immediatly in 99% of incidents.
With our ticketing system you can
log incidents via email or directly through our support page where
